• Email Address — When you purchase photos through our Site, we use the email address provided during your Stripe checkout solely to deliver the digital photos you purchased.

We do not use this email address for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose other than delivering your purchase. We do not maintain a separate mailing list or database of customer emails outside of what is necessary to fulfill your order.

All payments on our Site are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, the information you provide (such as name, email, billing address, and payment card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe, not by us.

We retain the email address associated with your purchase only as long as necessary to deliver your photos and address any related customer service needs. We do not retain this information for any other purpose.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA with respect to personal information collected by businesses, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and non-discrimination.

Because we do not collect or store personal information beyond the limited email use described above, there is minimal personal information for us to disclose, delete, or correct on our end. For any data collected and processed by Stripe during checkout, you may need to exercise your rights directly with Stripe as the data controller for that information.
